Winter time on the cash register: by 20 November 2026
Moldova switched to winter time on 25 October 2026. The State Tax Service requires the time on cash registers to be adjusted by 20 November.

The State Tax Service announced that cash and control equipment must be switched to winter time by 20 November 2026; equipment not adjusted by then is considered faulty. Receipts must show the current date and time, at most 15 minutes off the real time.
What you need to do

- Classic cash register machine with a fiscal printer — adjust the time following the machine's operating instructions, by 20 November 2026.
