MEV costs between 70 and 1,595 MDL/month (VAT included), based on the actual volume of fiscal receipts issued — 16 pricing tiers, and a month with no activity costs 0 MDL. The platform is developed by Intelectsoft SRL in the Republic of Moldova. The tariff is calculated per POS, from the receipts issued by that POS. With an active fiscalization contract, POSLink (payments), MyDiscount (loyalty) and E-Wallet with QR are included in the tariff. BI Navigator is free in the mobile app; for advanced reporting, the details are on binavigator.md. Volumes above 500,000 receipts/month get a custom offer.

In a company with several POS terminals, each POS has its own tier. A POS for which no sale and no report was generated in a month costs 0 MDL for that month.

Seasonal businesses — terraces, seaside venues, events — pay most vendors a subscription even in dead months. With MEV, a month in which a point of sale has no activity costs 0 MDL, and reactivation requires no paperwork: issue the first receipt and the tariff recalculates automatically.

0 MDL — you pay nothing for a POS that has no sale and no report generated in a month. The tariff recalculates automatically when activity resumes.

What does a small business with few receipts pay?

The first active tier: 70 MDL/month for 1–1,500 receipts, VAT included. Below that there is only the zero-receipt month (0 MDL).

We issue a high volume of receipts monthly. Does MEV scale?

The standard grid covers up to 500,000 receipts/month (1,595 MDL/month at the top), with custom offers beyond. The scanner-first Minimal mode sustains 200+ receipts/hour per cashier.

Do prices include VAT? Any hidden fees?

Yes, listed tariffs include VAT. There is no fixed fee and no guaranteed minimum. POSLink, MyDiscount and E-Wallet with QR are included in the tariff with the fiscalization contract.
