Multiple locations and companies, one cabinet

The typical scenario: a group with several firms

You run an SRL with two stores, a café on another entity, and an online store? In the MEV cabinet all four live under one account: view them consolidated (total sales, receipts, takings by payment method) or compare them. The accountant gets reports-only access; each location manager sees only their location.

What gets consolidated

• Receipts — all of them, with SIA MEV transmission status, filterable by company/location/date/amount.
• Sales and takings — by payment method (card, MIA, cash), by day/month, per point of sale.
• Fiscal reports — Z-report, X-report, VAT report, at group level or detailed.
• Devices — phones, tablets, terminals: online/offline status, remote activation.
• The tariff — the one thing that is not consolidated: it is calculated per POS, on the receipts each one issued.

Reports consolidate, billing does not. Sales, receipts and monitoring are visible at group level, but each point of sale falls into its own tier, based on the receipts it issued. And if no sale and no report was generated for a POS in a month, you pay nothing for it that month — however much the others worked.

Opening a new location?

Add it from the cabinet: install the app on an Android device and the new point issues receipts to SIA MEV under the right license. No fiscal equipment purchase per location.
