Why touch mode for HoReCa?

In a venue, speed and staff turnover are the real constraints. In MEV's touch mode, dishes render as visual cards in a grid, organized by category — Drinks, Food, Desserts — with a large total and a charge button. A new waiter or barista works without long training and without memorizing PLU codes.

The fiscal receipt, handled automatically

On every payment — card, MIA or cash — the electronic fiscal receipt is issued and transmitted automatically to SIA MEV, the State Tax Service system. The customer gets it by email or SMS; every receipt's status is visible in the monitoring cabinet.

Several venues? One cabinet

The downtown café, the summer terrace and the new restaurant live under one account: per-venue sales comparison, consolidated receipts, Z/X/VAT reports at group or branch level. A seasonal terrace closed for winter costs 0 MDL in months without receipts.
