Yes — with the Intelectsoft register app, fiscal receipts are issued directly from an Android phone or tablet. The solution, developed by Intelectsoft SRL in the Republic of Moldova, turns an existing device into a software register: the receipt goes to the customer by email or SMS and is transmitted automatically to SIA MEV. With SoftPOS (maib and Victoriabank), the same phone also accepts card payments. A courier module supports offline operation.

What happens without signal?
The courier module is offline-capable: receipts issued without connectivity transmit to SIA MEV when the signal returns, and each receipt's status stays visible in the cabinet. Confirm exact offline limits with the Intelectsoft technical team for your scenario.
