Everything your engineering team needs to integrate MEV fiscalization: architecture, flows, and how to get API documentation access.

In short

The MEV solution exposes a documented REST API through which external systems issue electronic fiscal receipts, transmitted automatically to SIA MEV — the system of the State Tax Service of the Republic of Moldova. Integration covers POS systems, online stores, ERPs and self-service devices, with webhooks for fiscal events and connectors for major ERPs. The platform is developed by Intelectsoft SRL; typical integration takes 1–3 days.

Integration architecture

Your system (POS / e-commerce / ERP / self-service)
        │ HTTPS · REST API
        ▼
Certified fiscal module ── issues the receipt
        │ │
        │ webhooks ├──▶ customer (email / SMS)
        ▼ ▼
your system SIA MEV (State Tax Service)
  (status, events) per-receipt transmission status

Key properties of the model: the receipt is issued by the platform (not by the API client), transmission to SIA MEV is managed by MEV with automatic retry, and each receipt's status is available both via webhooks and in the monitoring cabinet.

Supported integration scenarios

  • E-commerce — a paid order triggers receipt issuance; the customer gets it by email. Details →
  • Existing POS / ERP — your system stays the cashier's interface; MEV fiscalizes in the background. Details →
  • Payment + fiscalization — POSLink confirms the payment (card/MIA), the fiscal module issues the receipt for the exact amount. Details →
  • Self-service / vending — devices issue receipts unattended, centrally monitored.

Errors, retry, idempotency

Transmission to SIA MEV includes automatic retry on network errors; failed receipts remain visible with a distinct status until transmission is confirmed. API contract details — authentication, error codes, idempotency, sandbox — are covered in the technical documentation, available on request. [Full public specifications — sandbox, SDKs, code samples — are being prepared for publication; until then they are provided by the Intelectsoft team.]

Getting access

  1. Email [email protected] with a short description of your system and volumes.
  2. Receive the API documentation and integration credentials.
  3. Integrate and test with Intelectsoft specialists — typically 1–3 days.
  4. Fiscalization is obtained through CTIF in 2–5 days, depending on the SIA MEV queue.

Frequently asked questions

Is there public API documentation?

Documentation is provided on request by the Intelectsoft team ([email protected]). Publishing open specifications is planned.

What languages/technologies can I use?

The API is REST over HTTPS — any stack that makes HTTP requests (C#, PHP, JavaScript, Python, etc.) can integrate.

How do I know a receipt reached SIA MEV?

Via fiscal event webhooks and via the monitoring cabinet, where each receipt has an individual status with automatic retry on failure.

Can I test before production?

Test environment details are agreed with the Intelectsoft technical team at the start of the integration. [Public sandbox — to be confirmed.]
