What being listed means

In Moldova a fiscal receipt may only be issued by cash-register equipment included in the unified register kept by the State Tax Service. Inclusion happens by decision, after the model is tested and technically approved by the certification centre of the Centre for Information Technologies in Finance. The decision fixes the equipment type, the classification group and the scope of application — the activities the model may legally serve.

For ISFISCALSERVICE, decision no. 14 of 14.09.2022 sets the scope “retail sale of main petroleum products and liquefied gas”. Code S001 is the model's position in the register's section for information systems without a fiscal printer.

How it works inside MEV

The module receives the transaction from the management software — POS, ERP, mobile app or online store — generates the fiscal receipt and transmits it to SIA MEV. The customer gets an electronic receipt with a QR code; the merchant sees it in the MEV cabinet with its transmission status, under receipt monitoring. Integration is through the fiscalization API; pricing is on the pricing page, with a month of no sale and no report costing 0 MDL.

ISFISCALSERVICE was the first information system without a fiscal printer ever included in the STS unified register — code S001, on 14.09.2022. The next model from any other producer was listed only in July 2023. All three codes at the head of the section, S001, S002 and S003, belong to Intelectsoft.
